Our history

The enterprise was founded on July 25th, 1996. The concept to set up a submersible cage for the fish-rearing within off-shore zones, secured the background to launch an enterprise. The majority of the staff was shipbuilders and specialists in the aquaculture.

Later on, it was decided to reorient the enterprise to design and produce the equipment of high quality: marine hardware, filters, heat exchangers, fuel and water preparation equipment, etc.
